Search/FAQ will open in a new window.
If a new window does not open, you probably have your browser set to block pop-ups.
To temporarily disable the pop-up blocker, try holding the CTRL key while clicking the Search/FAQ button.
There may be other reasons why pop-ups are blocked, depending upon which browser you are using, and which antivirus software you are using.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, there is a button on the toolbar of your browser which will allow you to turn off the pop-up blocker in the future for www.dupageelections.com.
If you are using Firefox as your browser, you will see a message near the top of the screen: "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window." Click on the Options button, and select "Allow pop-ups from www.dupageelections.com".
In some cases, your anti-virus software will also block pop-up windows, and may need to be configured to allow the pop-up from www.dupageelections.com.
